Shipping :
Orders are shipped 1-2 times a week and can take 7-10 days to arrive upon ordering. Natalie tries to be environmentally conscious with how she ships and avoids using an excess of packaging materials. Shipping is included in check out. If you have issues with receiving your items, need items quick shipped, or have special shipping requests, please contact Natalie prior to placing your order for costs may vary depending on special requests. The WWC only ships within the USA and Canada. For shipping requests outside of these areas, contact coachnataliebrite@gmail.com If shipping is delayed, if a product is out of stock and awaiting restock, or if your order has special requests, Natalie will contact you to let you know.
Return Policy :
The WWC return policy is for damaged, missing, or wrongly received items only. Each product sold within the shop provides you with a description of the items and clarity on what you are ordering, therefore this shop does not offer returns outside of the above options. Photo representations of each product have been edited for visual appeal and distinction of the products- All products are unique and no product is the same, therefore your products have the chance of being different than the photo representing it. Make sure to read the descriptions of the products of interest to get clarity on what you will be receiving. If you have special requests on the style, color, shape, or design of your items, please contact coachnataliebrite@gmail.com before placing your order. If placing returns, the purchaser is responsible for paying shipping to return the product. If requesting exchanges, the purchaser is responsible for shipping to return and the WWC will pay for reshipment. Exchanges are only made by request and approval.
