Apophyllite can come in the colors ranging from a clear to cloudy white, to a light pink hue...as well as can come in light yellow or light green.  There are some formations that have clear crystals but the bulk of the formation is opaque.    This crystal can be flaky and should not be exposed to high heat or water.
